SHARING OUR EVERYDAY LIFE. Monday, January 31, 2011. With the heat scorching the last week we had a little visitor visit. This little fella or lady not sure lol must of come in for a drink from my garden that was just watered. Scared the Jeepers out of me. As i don't often see a lizard this large in town it was just over a foot. I didn't dare show the boys or it will still be here as a pet. Enjoy your week :-}. http://simplyhavingfunwithstamps.blogspot.com/2013/10/happy-anniversary.html
Simply Having Fun with Stamps. Friday, October 25, 2013. Happy 34th Wedding Anniversary! One day I keep telling myself.and wonderful news too that we have another grandchild on the way due in March, so another cross-stitch will be on the agenda as well. Something that I have decided to do for each one as a keepsake to remember Nannie by. I love the card but in my haste completely forgot to use watercolour paper and it didn't dawn on me until after, but hey I got it made! It's the thought that counts!

Simply Having Fun with Stamps. Wednesday, August 18, 2010. Lamb Shank and Vegetable Soup. Another quick but delicious recipe. It is a full bodied soup that is just wonderful for those cooler winter nights or ideal for a weekend when you want a little more time for you. I made mine on low in the slow cooker which made it so simple. Just prepare and press the button. 4 lamb shanks, french trimmed. 3 celery sticks, trimmed, cut into 1cm pieces. 2 medium carrots, peeled, cut into 1 cm pieces. If you can't ge...

Simply Having Fun with Stamps....: September 2010

Simply Having Fun with Stamps. Tuesday, September 21, 2010. Happy Birthday - Let's rock! Let the music rock on.a birthday card for a special son who loves his music and does DJ-ing as a sideline. I jazzed up the back flap of the envelope with the DSP. Just place a little glue to hold paper on flap and then trim around. Really makes a difference. Another idea I've tried is to run the envelope flap through my bigshot placing the flap in an embossing folder, now that really does look nice! A Little About Me.

Miss Roxy and Little Moo: May 2011
http://missroxylittlemoo-justine.blogspot.com/2011_05_01_archive.html
Thursday, 19 May 2011. The end is in sight . at least for Roxy! Two weeks ago Roxy and Jessie had three horrible fights over three days. We're still not sure what caused them to snap after all this time. The immediate result was Roxy had to be sedated to get some puncture wounds stitched up. The vet also placed a drain in the wound and poor Roxy has had to wear a collar. 65279;for the past fortnight. Jessie also ended up on antibiotics from an infected puncture wound in her mouth. Simply Having Fun with Stamps. Sunday, March 28, 2010. This would have to be my favourite mini at the moment. I have re-created it so many times, it's quick and looks great. Just by changing the colours and stamp sentiment allows you to use it for many occasions; it's just so versatile. I cased part of this card from a tri-fold card by Terri Walker, another US SU demonstrator and I thank her for her permission. Hope you like it. Keep smiling.Ann. Half pearl for bird's eye. Card Size: 9 x 9 cm. Simply Hav...

Simply Having Fun with Stamps....: Thinking of you....
http://simplyhavingfunwithstamps.blogspot.com/2010/12/thinking-of-you.html
Simply Having Fun with Stamps. Tuesday, December 21, 2010. Another cased card from Chat at Me, My stamps and I. And it was exactly what I was looking for. I replaced the covered button with a brad from the SU antique brads selection. The DSP across the bottom was from a little pad I have called Queen Bee. It is 6" x 6" and has a selection of 30 sheets, one of each design. Kind regards, Ann. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). A Little About Me. Simply Having Fun With Stamps. View my complete profile.

Our gorgeous Grand-Daughter Millie has just turned ONE.oh how that brings back a flood of memories from our own children - and how quickly those years have gone by; we absolutely love being Grandparents and all that comes with it. I had so much fun creating this card for Millie. I wanted it to be pretty as well as a 'party' of colour. I have some that will certainly have you laughing. The SU materials used in this card were:.
