Pork Carnitas and Tomatillo Salsas. 15 t chipotle chili powder. 1 onion, quartered. 1 orange, quartered. Juice of 1 lime. 5 cloves of garlic, minced. 1 jalapeno, rough chop. Trim the pork of excess fat. Season generously with salt and pepper. Rub with chili, cumin and oregano. Place in crock pot. Juice the orange into the crock pot, tuck the orange quarters into the pot as well as the remaining ingredients.

A recipe that uses sprinkles as an INGREDIENT instead of a garnish? I suppose you could get craz and frost these things- but I thought they were delicious all on their own. They taste like. well, exactly how you'd think they should taste! Like cake batter, but chewy. 1 box yellow cake mix (or Funfetti! 1/4 cup canola oil. 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional).

Three peas in a pod. Monday, July 23, 2012. The summer Maclaine fell in love. After retiring from karate in 2012 we told Maclaine that she needed to find something else that would keep her active. She decided that she wanted to give volleyball a try. The high school by our house offered a Volleyball Camp over the summer and she got to do it with her Bestie Delani. Almost a year later now, and we've loved seeing her improve and so enjoy watching her play and be part of a team! Twelve Days of Boots: Day 1!

Over the summer, Maclaine was bored and I was tired of all the TV watching so we headed to Hobby Lobby, bought an Easel and canvas and Maclaine would soon start painting her first masterpiece. The picture on the top right is a photo I had taken at World Market because I loved the painting so much and thought that Maclaine or I could attempt to paint it. Three peas in a pod. Thursday, April 26, 2012. 4th Grade Grand Canyon Field Trip. I was the first name on the list, so I got to go! We met at the school Thursday night around 10:00 p.m, which is already past my bedtime. Then the charter buses ended up being an hour late. The goal was to sleep the night away while the bus drove us up North. We ended up parking somewhere up there to "sleep" and change drivers before the park opened. The sites were beautiful! It was SOOOO stinkin' cold! PHEW, we made it!
