Bebbcon - Hans Bebber. I developed high power AC and DC plasma torches and applied them to steel melting, ladle furnaces and tundish heating in Europe and Japan together with the related process equipment. Left is a painting of the 10t plama melting furnace which has been operated for steel scrap melting since 1986 at Krupp's steelworks in Siegen-Geisweid, Germany. Later I became responsible for marketing, design and manufacturing of plasma systems for steel works at Mannesmann Demag in Duisburg.
