Grind all ingredients to make a fine paste . Heat oil in a pan splutter mustard seeds and add urad dhal ,red chili and curry leaves .Add this in this paste . Now coconut chutney is ready. Monday, March 15, 2010. Ginger- a small piece. Lemon juice - a little. Pepper powder - a little. Cut chicken into small pieces.Marinate it with a little lemon juice,salt,pepper powder for 1/2 an hour. Cut onion lengthwise and cut garlic ,ginger ,curry leaves and green chilli. Keeping one garlic aside. Heat a pan pour some coconut and put all cut items into it and saute it well .When onion changes its color put tomato into it and saute it. Put marinated chicken into this with salt and let it cook.

Tomato - 1 medium. Coriander powder - 1 tsp. Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp. Garam masala - 1/2 tsp. Salt - as required. Coriander and mint leaves - a bunch. Put coriander powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt. Add some water and put cooked green peas and potato in it.
