Have a look at the blurb below and form your own opinion:. Rogers is scrapping the $6.95 system access fee and replacing it with a "regulatory recovery fee" that will differ by province. So, if my math is correct, rates will be increasing. By $051 to $1.51! 1) How does this benefit consumers?
