Jeremy a learned frog. Wednesday, December 15, 2010. I checked out the category for the winners for Fun Stuff. Cocktail builder would be great to use to invent new combinations of flavours. I was intrigued by the website named HairMixer - definitely one to avoid or not! Brad Pitt looks so different with the flowing locks of blonde hair. The 3rd winner Comiqs - unfortunately its web page didn't load. I don't think any of these are much use in the library - although may be useful for stress relief.

I used the Podcast directory Podcast Alley and located one on book reviews called ABC Book Review Podcast which is one of the podcasts produced by Twinsburg Public Library. The directory was easy to use and I could see it being helpful locating podcasts. I use ITunes which is also easy to subscribe to your favourite podcasts. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Thursday, December 2, 2010. Is this really the end? What were your favourite discoveries or exercises on this learning journey? I enjoyed using the fun mashups (e.g. spell with flickr) - and also liked finding sites that could help give direction for how these resources can be used in libraries in the future. How has this program assisted or affected your lifelong learning goals? I feel encouraged/interested to look at further investigation these Web2.0 tools when I have more time available.
