After being introduced to Ali of Studio Banana. In Madrid a couple of years ago we have done a couple of interesting projects together. I have worked together with Ali and Key to develop product ideas, and create visualizations. I have also done live digital scribing during a conference in Madrid called the WISE workshop. And this was a great success! Studio Banana are also the creators of the world famous Ostrich Pillow.

We have been living quite a nomadic lifestyle since I left my job at the newspaper and started freelancing. No matter where we are though, I am always sketching! Cities included here are Dubai, Alicante, Berlin, Brussels, Valencia, Madrid, Toronto, London and Hyderabad. My first real experience was travel sketching with Bobby Chiu and friends on the underground railways of Toronto, here is where I really learnt to draw. I have always struggled with painting and it really has been a test of my patience! I have taken courses in Schoolism with Jason Seiler along with Bobby Chiu and even attended traditional painting classes in Madrid. Overall I prefer the traditional craft, as I enjoy them ore tactile process.

Dubai Metro Advertising campaign with Saatchi & Saatchi Middle East - Danesh Mohiuddin Humorous Illustration

Working with Saatchi and Saatchi Middle East. We came up with these series of four illustrations to boost the use of the Dubai Metro in these four areas: Dubai Internet City, Dubai Airport, Karama and Dubai Marina. In order to get the spirit of the neighbourhoods right I spent a couple of hours in each one, observing daily lives of the characters that exist within them. These ads were displayed all over Dubai on buses, billboards and newspapers.
