Ingrid ’s Knits. A small blog for a beginning knitter. April 11, 2007. Well today’s the day! I’m off to Kansas City this morning to go to MEPS (military entrance processing station). I’m spending all day there waiting around for a physical, while learning how to “hurry up and wait” in about 10 different lines while they process everybody. On the 12th I’ll be on my way to Fort Jackson in South Carolina. After that I’ll be kissing mud for the next 9 weeks! The newest “addition” to my life. March 18, 2007.

Ingrid ’s Knits. A small blog for a beginning knitter. September 26, 2007. I got picked for Jury Duty this week, Yippee! I went Monday for Jury selection and I didn’t think I’d make it since I was one of 46 people in the room and I was knitting the entire time. Yeah, so much for that theory. Welcome to my knitting and beading blog. Sunday, June 01, 2008. Then, there are all sorts of things you can add to the solution for special effects: an egg or yogurt for extra conditioning, chamomile tea for lightening, ceylon or black tea brewed with three. Several times during the process, I thought of how I was saving poor little rabbits from the horrible testings that I had read about. A couple of books about consumption have me thinking about how buying patterns influence the way we eat and the dietary importance of fresh fruits and vegetables. Also the fruit flies from the last forgotten banana last week have me thinking about intentional patterns of consumption and whether they offer improvements. Animal, Vegetable, Miracle. Meanwhile, a book review of America's Cheapest Family Gets You Right on the Money.

You're darn tootin', I'm a delicate flower. Tuesday, May 4, 2010. Has suffered lately, so I made a trip to Twist on Saturday. A survey of the shop showed people knitting yarn cozies, sweaters, lace shawls, and socks. It was all so lovely and complex, but I wanted something that I was sure to finish. I picked out green and pink dishcloth cotton for a ballband. Or, maybe the Mason-Dixon description lured me in the same way it always does. Several hours later, I nearly have a finished dishcloth.

Jag och Linn i kombination kan ju dessutom aldrig bli något annat än. Ungefär. Ems är en som vanligt en riktigt pärla som genomför en LA:3 på 67%, trots endast sju minuters urusel framridning (exklusive framskrittning) och många ryttarmissar, och placerar sig sjua av tjugonio starter.
