Teddy Bears and Limbo. April 13, 2015. BRV has finished off the semifinals, and is preparing to face down Friedrichshafen in the finals. But first a note about the last semifinal match. At Thursday night’s match, we had a Teddy Bear Toss! To come with me on a family trip? Anyways, back to the toss…. Thousands of stuffed animals sailed out to the court. Look at all those animals! This is a question I’ve been asking myself over the last couple of days – do I really believe in fate? Do I believe that things happen for a reason and that the life I am living is a result of fate working its way into my daily circumstances? I’m starting to. Believe in fate, that is. My Grandpa and my Mom on her wedding day. Isn’t she beautiful? My bridesmaids/maid of honor request cards🙂.

Home is where the hotdish is. Ramblings of a Midwest Girl Who's Transplanted Herself in the South. Monday, October 13, 2014. So on Saturday I drove up to Cullman for Oktoberfest. It's become a bit of a tradition that I do every year. We all ventured downtown to listen to some of the music, see the dog races, visit some of the vendors and see what was going on. Laine enjoyed some of the Root Beer Keg that was tapped for Oktoberfest. Laine enjoyed the music. Even the Todd-father came to visit us at bingo.
