Monday, November 4, 2013. Photo Update for Month 6. She has discovered swinging at the park and LOVES it! Amelia can't hardly stand to be on her back anymore, she LOVES to be on her stomach. She'll even roll over to her stomach with her bottle, it's pretty funny to watch, not a very efficient way to drink a bottle! Again, has to be on her stomach! Begs the question, "how do you change a baby diaper when they are on their stomach? She loves to put anything and everything in her mouth, coffee cups included!

Saturday, December 7, 2013. Dinner with Chad and Michelle at the Melting Pot - Celebrating #5 for both of us. This date night at the Melting Pot has become an annual tradition! Weekend in the mountains, at a little bed and breakfast in a quaint town. Shopping, delicious dinner, and lots of great wine. Wednesday, May 22, 2013. A few Photos from Week 6. Our first date without a baby :) Thank you to my friend Katie for watching Amelia! We knew we wouldn't make it past 8pm so we went our for brunch, so great to have a little time alone together, and so needed! For a perspective on size - Dad's arm vs. baby torso :). Photos like these are why the phrase "sleeping like a baby" exist. And at the 7 week mark we are heading to Missouri for all our family and friends to meet our little one! We walked to brunch ...

Saturday, November 23, 2013. To celebrate our friend Dave's 30th birthday, Chris and Dave went indoor skydiving. They had a great time and from what we could tell from the outside, it looked like fun! We also had a delicious dinner at a Western Trail steakhouse out in rural Colorado, southeast of Denver. Sunday, July 21, 2013. This weekend was our second wedding of the summer and we enjoyed celebrating my colleague Joanna and her new husband, Justin. The weather was beautiful and we got to see a breathtaking Colorado sunset from a rooftop patio during the reception. And, we like that weddings give us an excuse to have a date night too!
