Recently I've been working on my Breast Cancer Thank You cards for the people that donated money to the Race for the Cure last weekend. I made these simple cards using the breast cancer stamps, the pink pirouette. Striped ribbon and the texturz. Cameron was working on Birthday Thank You's. So creative.I love it!

This is the card i patterned after that favorite of mine that i just can't mail :). it's super easy to switch up for whatever occasion a card is needed for. change the color palette and the stamp, and it's anything you want it to be! Friday, July 25, 2014. Over 4th of July our family went camping at Timponokee Camp ground behind Mt. Timpanogas. It was very relaxing and a lot of fun. November 21, 2010. I was asked to teach a class on making christmas gift tags at my church. i decided to do 12, and figured people could just get as many done in the time we had. well, for me, designing a gift tag is the same process as designing a card - LONG and tedious! October 5, 2010. Mr and mrs. {september card night}. This month i had a request for a wedding card. i love getting requests - it helps me narrow down all the ideas i have! I have passed over this inspiration card many times, loving the ingenious use of material. other than determining the size of each cake layer, this is a wonderfully simple card. August 19, 2010. For you, teacher. My first grader just started school. {wow - how is this possible? The night before her first day, my hubby suggested we get some flowers for her new teacher. and you can't give flowers without a card! Sometimes i don't create well under the gun, but this card just happened. loved that! I crumpled the background apple paper, then distressed it and smoothed it out. This where I share my crafts, favourite recipes and anything else life has to give us. Michelle. Sock dolls have taken off. I had no idea that my sock dolls would take over my craft life. I found that enjoyed making them. I sold a few straight away as friends saw them. This support inspired me to post some photos of them on Facebook and more saw them and liked them too! I have decided to have a separate blog for my sock creations so from now on 99% of my sock dolls can be found there on Platypus Creations.
