Innellan Golf Course and Club Aug 2015. Visitors are welcome to play the course throughout the year. We run competitions on most week-ends and Monday and Thursday evenings during the season and the tee is reserved around 5pm on competition nights . It is advisable to check with the clubhouse if visitors wish to play around these times. Adults £15 per round/day. Pound;13 for Nine Holes. Juniors (under 16) £7 per round/day. Innellan Golf Course and Club Aug 2015. The course was opened in 1891 and remains more or less as it was designed 125 years ago. The course has a Standard Scratch of 64 from the medal tees and is a combination of longish par 3s as well as tricky par 4s. The signature hole must the 6th, aptly named Rubicon. It is a long par 4, over 400 yards and the longest hole on the course. The final hole is a tricky par 4 running back up to the front of the clubhouse. Thursday, 12 September 2013. With the 1st leg of the Rosebowl being held at Innellan, we had a good turnout of 34 players with 10 Cowal members gracing Innellan on Sunday. Again scoring was good with Innellan members coming to the fore, with local knowledge playing a part with the leaders all local members. Leading the way for the Cowal boys was Craig McKechnie and Ally MacDonald who both shot 66. Lets hope we have a good turnout again and support The Rosebowl at Cowal and weather holds out.
