                                        Monday, 25 July 2011. One month of winter to go - time to get moving! Spring is around the corner and it will soon be time to start taking off the warm layers of clothing that have been hiding the proof of indulgent eating during the winter months. Try not to let the change in seasons effect you. Do not hibernate! The couch can look more attractive than heading out for a run or power walk in the cold and dark. So, if this is you, my advice would be to try something different.
