Dist321.A Brief History and Overview. The history of Dist.321 starts with the InnerWheel club of Trivandrum which was formed in November 1966. Mrs.Zubieda Marikar was the Charter President. The Inner Wheel club at Colombo had first been formed. Many clubs were formed after this and the nucleus of clubs of Dist.320 owe much to the untiring efforts of IW stalworts like Mrs.Nalini Damodaran and Mrs.Nirmala Balsalam.
