Heat recovery without an Air Scrubber. Heat recovery without an air scrubber. Animals produce heat that normally leaves the stable with the ventilation air. If an air scrubber is present we can recover the heat out of the water of the air scrubber. Inno developed an application for heat recovery: "Air WTW" which retrieves heat from the ventilation air without the use of an air scrubber. Heat recovery with an air scrubber. Heat recovery, an innovative and promising concept of INNO . This concept is characterized by considerable energy savings, and lower costs, compared to traditional systems. How does it work? Energy from the animals leaves the stable with the ventilation air. The ventilation air passes through the air scrubber and heats up the water of the air scrubber. This water is pumped through a heat exchanger which gives the heat to clean water that is fed to a heat pump.
