How I met Craft Beer – Halden. October 14, 2014. No Comments ↓. Beer and I have had a long and loving relationship, sure there have been fights and we have hurt each other but through our years together we have had more good times than bad and we always kiss and make up. My very first beer was a Molson Brador, I traded a sweet Dogtown skateboard for a twelve that my friends and I split before the school dance. I don’t remember enjoying a single sip but we made short work of the beer. How I met Craft Beer.

The Ontario Beer Widow: May 2014
http://theontariobeerwidow.blogspot.com/2014_05_01_archive.html
The Ontario Beer Widow. Friday, May 30, 2014. Beer festival in King City. June 14 - if you don't have plans, maybe you'll want to go to King City for a new craft beer and food truck festival. I'll be honest, those are two of my favourite things. There are nine breweries listed as taking part. The next day is Father's Day, so maybe take dad out a day early for some fun. Wednesday, May 28, 2014. Finally open - Innocente. A couple of weeks ago, Jeff and I got a behind-the-scenes tour of Innocente Brewing.

http://www.toloveandtodrink.com/2014/11/cask-days-good-bad-and-beer.html
To Love and to Drink. I travel around and drink beer. It's my love, my passion, and the reason I work out. - Linda Lee Remba. Linda Lee - Your Host. Monday, October 27, 2014. Cask Days: The Good, The Bad, and The Beer. I'll start out by saying the beer selection was the best I've ever seen in Toronto. Ever. Hands down, the varietals of American and Canadian specialty casks was worth the almost $50 tickets (after fees). Cost: $2.50 per token? I was paying $5 for 5oz of beer all night. And after the $5...

The Ontario Beer Widow: October 2014
http://theontariobeerwidow.blogspot.com/2014_10_01_archive.html
The Ontario Beer Widow. Saturday, October 4, 2014. Oh god, I'm awful! Also, Craftoberfest was awesome! The ladies from Side Launch (right) serving up some beer at Craftoberfest. Was July really my last post? I geez, I am so sorry. Here's the problem, though - Jeff has been drinking a lot of home brew lately and not spending as much time or money at the liquor store. So asking him about something new he has tried becomes less and less frequent. (He makes a pretty great stout, FYI.). He skipped Wellington ...
