Since my last post, much has happened in regards to my nursing career. I am a strong believer in hard work (thanks to my parents and grandparents), especially as I graduated. And despite a rough few months I am positive about the future. Recent reading, conversations, and experiences have revived my spirits. Right now it is easy to be caught up in the fury and pressure to find my first real job. I lost sight of why I decided to pursue nursing and the aspects I love most about the profession. Now I just started reading Dead Aid.
