Just another WordPress.com site. Even if I have had a truck load of projects in front of me, I felt I needed to brake off with something totally different! Shoooes……….I have a few that I don’t use anymore. Why not make a do-redo on a pair? I chose a pair of wedges I bought online several years ago. Some kind of suede and something seaweed-ish. Those beads were silver once…. I started to get rid of the strings witch were meant to hold the shoe in place on your foot but merely left red markings on the skin.

August 10, 2015. December 21, 2016. 1920’s Gatsby flapper outfit. R and me exchanged the “I do’s” for a couple of months ago, and we did so in the sign of Gatsbys era 1920’s. It was….well…I have no words. As the clichés; The best day of my life! I wore several dresses, this one is for manage dancing since the entré-dress was going to have a small train, so off course I made a flapper dress. Here’s the idea. January 4, 2015. December 21, 2016. 1920’s feather fan. Now I will show you a quick way to make your own 1920’s feather fan! This one took less than a couple of hours to make 🙂. Start with a regular fan you usually get on ebay or souvernir shops and cut of most of the fabric that is glued on to the…eh…beams? Why I do this is because I want to have a two-sided fan and not fabric at the back. Of course you can glue feathers on to both sides, but then you’ll need more feathers! I used a regular glue gun!
