Dinner on the fly. March 30, 2010 at 8:28 pm ( Uncategorized. Tonight I came home from the YMCA and had no idea what I was going to have for dinner. I wandered around and munched on sliced cucumber. Usually when this happens I end up eating a whole lota something. I also end up too full and don’t sleep well. So I opened the fridge and starting pulling out stuff that looked good. Here is what I ended up with:. 1/2 c of Kashi Pilaf. 2 handfuls of spinach. 1 handful of chopped baby carrots. 1 T olive oil.
