Sunday, February 22, 2015. Theres a new kind of 21st century addiction taking over normal, intelligent people and Ive realised that I suffer from an extreme form of it. Its been sneaking up on me for some time and I guess the best name for it is download addiction. While I know I need to take responsibility for my addiction its hard to know where to begin, although Im pretty sure that I was on the right track when I mentioned in a previous post about throwing all of my electronic devices in the bin.

If someone had told me just over a month ago that I would feel lighter, more in control, more focused and happier from doing this NLP course then I would have laughed and then asked how. The believer in me would have been hopeful but the disbeliever would have been second guessing and questioning. Sunday, August 24, 2014. I have coughed for the last three weeks, I am completely over having to cough. First a virus and then the flu, arrggghhh spare me the coughing. Nothing seems to work. All I want is a decent nights sleep, lying flat without waking up on the hour, every hour because Im coughing so much. Ive been sleeping mostly sitting up for days, weeks even.
