Our philosophy is based upon learner-centred principals that allow young people to have a voice in designing programmes and courses that meet their needs and which are delivered in a way that ensures they get the most out of the experience. We do not therefore have a fixed curriculum. Instead, our curriculum is flexible and will change and evolve with the needs of our learners and partners. Award of Personal Effectiveness.
