I offer an integrative approach. That means that while I am qualified in CBT I give it with the backing of over ten years’ experience as a psychotherapist so, in a sense then, you get more than ‘just’ CBT.

I live near Skipton. On the edge of the beautiful Yorkshire Dales. I have a degree in English and after a successful career in Public Relations in the 1980’s I ‘redesigned’ myself. First I spent several years working with young children and then trained as a hypno-psychotherapist. More recently I have added CBT counselling to my qualifications.
