Saturday, March 14, 2009. It seems I've found the motivation that I had lost over the winter months. I've ran twice this week and felt really good both times, and plan on running Sunday morning as well. Mom and I have decided to run the Columbus Dietetic Association 5k race on April 25th at Sharon Woods Metro park. This will be a good prep for the Race for the Cure in May. I will post a race review shortly after the race. On the equipment front, I'm loving my New Balance 1063's! Welcome to my Blog!

Monday, January 5, 2009. New Year, New Focus, New Shoes! Happy New Year Everyone! 2009 is going to be a great year! I'm looking forward to accomplishing my running goals, and the improved fitness and health benefits that go along with this great sport. So the last few weeks in 08' were not all that good, the madness of the holiday season took a real toll on my running and eating habits, but I'm refocused and ready to run! So here I go ready to hit the road or treadmill in 09', wish me luck!
