It has a good amount of time; not too short and not too long. You end up doing a bunch of reps, but you don't even realize it. 100 pull ups and 100 push ups! I hate it when I do what I THINK I'm supposed to do and not what I should be. So instead of just a three mile run, I did a 30-40 min run. Now it ended up only being 3.45 miles, but damnit in this heat I that would've been awesome! I thought I was running in a damn sauna! No air, no breeze, just heat and humidity! Finished the day with a 3 mile ruck!
