Life is about creating yourself. August 10, 2015. August 10, 2015. Another interesting find in Henan cuisine, at least in the restaurants I went to, was the similarities with other cuisines. I wonder whether this is called fusion or coincidence. The bottom one looked a bit messy, but tasted very good. Again, you are supposed to put the food in the thin pancake to eat and it tasted exactly like japchae – Korean sweet potato noodles stir-fried with vegetables and shredded meat.
