Now defunct pop blog; archived. 1 Santogold – L.E.S. Artistes. The sell*: It’s a song to some extent made by its (brilliant) video. It sounds fantastic though. Santi has plenty of great moments this year, but it’s this one that hit the spot. The chorus is spectacular, somehow managing to sound blustery and over the top while maintaining a little touch of the delicate and the understated. But I think this is paving the way for a different kind of holiday for us- we've only done city breaks but now we keep discussing staying in a gite at a French winery. Saturday, 15 January 2011. Chris sadly has never tried it ever. This from the boy whose own mum still makes his appointments to visit the dentist (another side note: he's turning 27 in 3 weeks.). I love cotton candy! But alas, I dont find myself these days at places that make it fresh, i.e. carnivals.
