Thursday, November 10, 2011. We have now been waiting for a little over. 2 weeks for a weather window to cross to the Bahamas. We listen to a weather report every morning at 6:30 and today for the first time there seems to be a favorable time to cross maybe Tuesday or Wednesday. Let’s hope that doesn’t change. The weather here has been lovely, cool breezes and lots of sunshine. At the site of where a fleet of cargo ships were destroyed in a hurricane in 1715. Donna and I also went to the Vero Beach.

Saturday, July 17, 2010. JULY 15, 2010. We left the next day, July 4th for Oswego. More locks but not to bad and we were able to get a spot on the wall in Oswego - free of charge. We also met our Nonsuch friends there and we left the next day for Kingston, Ontario. Year old dock youngster put us in a slip for a 19’ boat at no cost. We have been constantly monitoring the weather and it looks good for today, 9/30/11. We had a farewell dinner last night with Patrick. Donna and her husband, Rick, arrived around 10 pm. Wednesday, October 5, 2011. They made a stop in Annapolis where Bill took Donna to a bar that served appetizers when drinks were ordered. As I was talking to him he was slurping oysters (some fancy appetizers! They were getting up early this morning to take a big chunk out of The Chesapeake Bay. My one regret about staying home is the lack of photos. I love the visuals that tell an even better story. So I will keep the text short and look forward to adding photos when I join 'Interim'.
