London’s Burning | Adam H. Delarge
https://adamdelarge.wordpress.com/2011/10/30/londons-burning
Adam H. Delarge. The thinking person's b(l)og. We arrived in London, England after a surprising 6 1/2 hour flight. London wasn’t burning (I needed to use this song title, but it had no relevance, so I used it anyway) but sunny nonetheless at 10:30 in the morning. Customs asked us a bunch of inane questions, but overall it was quick through security. We exited the building and caught the Heathrow Express to Liverpool Street Station. One last chain store and Jayne found her elusive coat. A nice black o...

Wednesday, October 25, 2006. Japan never fails to disappoint. With the exception of umbrella theft there is a lot that Australia could learn from its close neighbour. We did a lot in Japan including Karaoke, browsing Akihabara (Electric City) and catching up with friends. Luke seems to have forgotten about McDonalds and took to many Japanese dishes with gusto. I'm proud of him. Right now I'm waiting for my flight to Seoul. not long to go now! Posted by Net Yaroze at 12:43 AM. Thursday, October 19, 2006.

b0yZ 2006: Telstra lied...

Thursday, October 12, 2006. Well, apparently I won't. Be getting any data roaming in Prague because that's where I am now and I can't post anything from my phone. The good news is that we all survived Bratislava and Bucharest. Bratislava was incredible; cheap, clean, efficient, safe - it left us with smiles on our faces. Bucharest was the complete opposite; we got scammed numerous times, had our dinner stolen (yes, stolen) by gypsy street children and poor Adam got food poisoning from the hotel.

I want to be a part of it, New York | Adam H. Delarge

Adam H. Delarge. The thinking person's b(l)og. I want to be a part of it, New York. Today we departed our New York hotel room and went in search of the red double decker bus service, but managed to get tricked by a crafty seller into purchasing a blue tour bus ticket. He saw our map and saw us coming! 8220;hello, where are you from? 8221; – Australia. “I AM FROM GHANA! 8221; he gave a big smile and flashed a single gold tooth. I really had nothing to say to that…um, cool? The Twin Towers memorial museum ...

Adam H. Delarge. The thinking person's b(l)og. I feel safe in New York City. Day 11 – Friday 21 October. 8221; I thought Sydney was bad, but New York traffic was a nightmare. Trucks, buses, cyclists and taxis all weaving in and out of traffic and cars continually honking horns. When we arrived, people were lined up around the corner and police were everywhere. We were a bit deflated thinking we’d missed out, but made our way to the box office. The musical was amazing with pyrotechnics and crashing chande...

Adam H. Delarge. The thinking person's b(l)og. He’s a Pinball Wizard! Day 10 – Thursday 20 October. How interesting can you make a story about a day filled with pinball machines? I went back to the room to check on Jayne (I didnt want to be paying for a tv set being thrown out of a window. That girl can sure party! It must have been about 11:30 when I decided to call it quits. I made a few small purchases and then it was back to the room. What a great location for the convention. We didn̵...Fill in y...
