July 26, 2015. Most of the time decisions are based on a balance of risk and opportunity. I believe you make a call and then have to live with the decision cheerfully. Cycling on Ile d’YEU. August 9, 2015. We also had an incident with a moped which had two (? Drunk) girls riding it in shorts, t-shirts and flip flops. After nearly hitting Katie, they drove Emily into a wall (she now has a nasty bruise). I felt the rage rising. Seeing my children being hurt by somebody else sends me into a bit of a blind rage.
