Every so often I will nominate a wine to go on my recommendation list that I have enjoyed. The past week was close between The new Pinot Noir from Strandveld, but the first wine of the week has to be one of the 1982’s I tried. See my tasting notes below. Supplier – International Wine company see attached linked on my site, but stock is extremely limited. On the palate it was opulent and yet controlled with good structure and well lingering finish. Cellar this wine it will be interesting how it will age!
