I got IE 7 for quiet some time now and did a quetion about this already but it doesnt seem to work still i did enable tabs and all even before i asked the question and pressed ctrl t and even tried to open a tab from the file menu but it doesnt let me why? You should be able to press control t or just left click beside the first tab to get another tab open. You need to either reinstall IE 7 or just go with Firefox. Firefox is much, much better.
