US395 South in Nevada

This set is from April 2001. This area grew a lot around the time these were taken. US395 North of here is to be Interstate 580. Here is US395 in the south end of Carson City. This is the south end of Carson City in April 2001. This area has seen a dramatic increase in traffic just since the end of 2000. Unlike California, a lot of traffic doesn't mean a lot of rude or aggressive traffic. There are a lot of cars here, but they seem very polite overall. This area is seeing active road work here.

I10 West in Riverside County, California. These photos of I10 are sent in from Trevor Carrier, and his friend Allison took them. They're from late 2006. This is the California inspection station on I10. This is old US60. 60 is old US60 and splits from I10 near Beaumont. Contact info for Eric Buchanan.

US395 North in California

US395 North in California. There are some lights on US395 north of I15. Some of them are pretty slow too. This set is from 7/8/2001, in San Bernadino County. This part of US395 a proposed freeway, and this ride would be a lot faster if the freeway was done. This ride is a scenic route. I have done bits and pieces of US395 up to Interstate 80. Right after I15 you see a sign that says:. This is 15 miles north of I15. 17 miles north of I15. I believe this is BLM land but I am not sure. 21 miles north of I15.

US50 West and US395 South in Nevada. This is approaching the US395/US50 Split, between Carson City and Minden. This is from 10/15/1996. Looking towards the East Sierra, with the mountains near Carson Summit on 88 in the distance to the left. This area of US395 had been reconstructed heavily within the past few years down to at least Minden. And US50 go their separate ways. US395 South to 88 West. 1998 Contact info for Eric Buchanan.
