Selasa, 19 Mei 2009. Mengurangi Stress Ibu Hamil Menghadapi Persalinan. Kedua, jangan bertanya pada orang yang tidak berkompeten menjawabnya. Jangan pula mempercayai mitos sebelum ditanyakan ke dokter. Masalah bisa jadi makin rumit dan kecemasan pun makin menggunung. Keempat, pendampingan suami atau orang tua dari ibu yang akan melahirkan. Dampingan ini biasanya bisa menekan kekhawatiran sekaligus menambah rasa percaya diri.
