What have you read today? Griffin got his allergy testing done and NO allergies! Poor guy did a great job! We still don’t know why he has reacted to milk but at least we know he is ok. I can easily mange my weight if I back off the ice cream. And when I can't there are 2 sneakers or 2 wheels waiting for me in the garage to help burn it off. They were yummy and way too easy to make, poor the pack with a cup of milk ( I used Almond) into your blender and done (after you push the button of course). I had a coupon.
