Wednesday, October 31, 2012. Last weekend we spent a day carving pumpkins with friends. Ella and her friend, Rian. I LOVE Ella's expression! Very proud of their dirty hands! Tonight before trick-or-treating. Tinkerbell was asleep before we even got out the door! A aitch, a snow princess, and Minne Mouse walk into a bar . . . :). Minnie Mouse for the 2nd year in a row! Having a wonderful time our a church Trunk-n-Treat. I know she doesn't look happy, but she LOVED her first year of trick-or-treating!

Saturday, November 3, 2012. Layla went to a birthday party today for a friend from school. It was at an equestrian center! She was very excited! They got to ride horses (for a quite a while actually) and they came home with cowgirl hats, bandannas, and all sorts of goodies! It was a wonderful afternoon spent with my little lady! Monday, May 28, 2012. Last year we tackled Yellowstone, so this year we stayed closer to home. That's one of the awesome perks of living in the PNW - you have amazing mountains in your back yard - literally! We drove about an hour northeast of us and we were in the Mount Baker National Forest and we had a wonderful campsite right next to wonderful friends! We stayed saturday-monday and the girls loved it - as they always do! This time was a bit more challenging because maren is CRAZY - but it was fun :).
