Teresa N. Fischer: Anchored and Adrift
http://teresanfischer.blogspot.com/2015/02/anchored-and-adrift.html
Teresa N. Fischer. Wednesday, February 4, 2015. I have been thinking a lot about thoughts. And where our ideas come from. What do they mean? Are they anchored to any one experience? Do our thoughts drift along and we choose. At a unique place of our choice? 1975" x 11.75". The flow of imagination and choosing. That right idea to anchor too. As creative people,. We get so many ideas. How do we select that special one. And commit to it fully? Anchor our self to it. Our thoughts can quietly drift along.

Teresa N. Fischer: April 2014
http://teresanfischer.blogspot.com/2014_04_01_archive.html
Teresa N. Fischer. Wednesday, April 30, 2014. I have spent a lot of time with these wonderful phones. I must have had them lined up on top of my cabinet for over a year. Sometimes I need to spend that time with a toy before. I ultimately decided what I wanted them to say in an image. I love these toy phones colors,. Their well loved surfaces showing their age. The sounds of the bells when you turn their dials. To make your calls. Add a whole level of sensory excitement. As a means of communication. The c...

Laura Barber-Riley- Equestrian Artist: 'Bodey II'
http://laurabarber-riley.blogspot.com/2013/06/bodey-ii.html
Wednesday, 19 June 2013. Bodey II' 19th June 2013. Week two of my life painting project! This morning I managed another hour long sketch of Bodey, in the same pose as last week. There are some definite issues drawing wise, that I struggled to fix, but overall I think the painting and use of colour has come on from last weeks effort so I'm pleased! http://laurabarber-riley.blogspot.com/2012_06_01_archive.html
Sunday, 10 June 2012. Had a great day today visiting Yorkshire Wildlife Park with the Association of Animal Artists. So I decided that I would definitely have a bash at painting some kind of animal at Yorkshire Wildlife Park. I am not very good at it (yet! Plenty of sleeping lions to be fo...
