Bos Grunniens: Adventures In The Land of The Yak. Stories, photos and whimsy from a year of volunteering in Bhutan, Land of the Thunder Dragon. Wednesday, 24 September 2014. I could curl up and sleep here in this road. Midnight on a Saturday night, climbing back up from the school to our new house, thick fog swirls around the gravel lines that edge the road, moonlight mushrooming in the silvery cloud. I could curl up and sleep here in this road, surrounded by the comfort of dust and cloud and nature.

Bos Grunniens: Adventures In The Land of The Yak. Stories, photos and whimsy from a year of volunteering in Bhutan, Land of the Thunder Dragon. Saturday, 11 January 2014. A Homestay in Haa for Lomba (Haap New Year). Despite its close proximity to Paro and Thimphu, the Haa Valley is one of the least visited valleys by tourists coming to Bhutan which seems odd to me, given its fabulous name, beautifully forested hills and quiet, unspoiled nature. The beautiful Haa valley in summer. Day of the 10. As Ugyen ...
