We take you away from the city lights into the wild nature surrounding Reykjavík in the search for this fascinating phenomenon. Igår var det tänkt att jag skulle springa långpass. Typ första långpasset sedan i vintras, definierat som minst nittio minuter sammanhängande löpning med låg puls.
