The watershed of the Oued Biskra. Is located in the north-east sector of the northern Sahara and covers an area of about 160 km2. Including the city of Biskra the population overcome 210,000 inhabitants. Is characterized by hot and dry climate and by an average annual temperature of about 22°C.
