Out and About with Ruthie (aka Nickie) and Jimmy. Continuing adventures of a happily retired couple. A fair day, for sure! We bought two tickets at the "advance tickets window," so we'll be going! Meantime, I whipped out my cell phone and took a few pictures. Filling the bottom trays with sawdust for the chickens. Bunnies go on the other side. Livestock exhibits are some of the best parts of the fair. It's fun seeing the 4-H kids present their finest. Labels: US - California. I just got all caught up.

This little guy has grown since I carried him as a newborn two weeks ago! Looks well fed, huh? This goofy guy flopped on his back (rub my tummy) . so happy to see us! He looks like he's smokin' a stogie! He carries a stick in his mouth all the time . too funny! And this old guy is pure love. A handsome dude for sure!
