I Work Best With Animals and Dead People. Monday, August 27, 2012. ANOTHER LOSS AT THE BARN. One week after the loss of our Buddha, we lost our beloved Josh. He was 14 years old and his life expectancy was 8 years. He and his mom were two of the original animals at the barn. He had a long and wonderful life but we are all still so sad.
