A: 請看筆者另一個網誌「富足人生」裡面的一篇 假如你真的要學價值投資，給你這個學習路徑圖. A: 用P/B來投資其實是可圈可點，看了 市場先生. 的成績後，我自己的結論是理論上勉勉強強，實際運用卻有不錯的回報。 先說為甚麼理論上我不看好。假設一間公司，資產都是現金(cash or cash equivalent)，$100，沒有負債，所以淨資產$100，完全沒有水分，沒騙人，市值$50，是不是很好的投資呢? 為甚麼實際上回報不錯呢？我沒有完整答案，可能是懶懶的CEO突然良心發現，可能是真的市場錯價，或一些看P/B的人都認同你(這樣的價值投資要靠人認同，很諷刺吧)。 現在較出名用P/B(或正確來說是主要看balance sheet的)的對沖基金，都會看多一兩樣，例如管理層。難度增加了，但在理論上可行性增加了很多。 就我的經驗來說，看balance sheet做投資，風險比其他的方法低，但回報方面會比看公司未來可以製造甚麼價值的投資方法低一點。 追問：假設我分配此股的比例為總資金的10％，當初溝到＄10 時候剛剛好佔總資金的10％...A: 這是一個很多人也會遇到的問題，先撇開分散投資...

我決定每季為自己總結一次，這樣不會因為要「交貨」給自己太多心理和時間的負擔，也不會把重要的決定忘了記錄。 我的組合回報： 68.76%. SPY回報： 10.75%. 比起第三季的1.86x其實高了一點點，因為第三季時用了RWM(ProShares Short Russell2000)做對沖, 實際上是170% long 16% short, 而這個季度完全沒有做對沖。 在買倉方面，買得最多的是CXW、HT、CCP、TEVA和CBL。CXW和HT是因為在Donald Trump當選前估值超便宜，保守估計CXW的P/AFFO只有8，HT的P/AFFO只有9加上有回購。其中CXW因為在Donald Trump的當選而大賺，實在喜出望外。HT隨其他hotel REITs上升了15%，也算加倉加得好。 CBL和我另一支重倉WPG因為網上shopping，尤其Amazon的威脅，跌了很多。由於估值已經十分便宜，就算將來不能大升，跌的空間也很少，加上近10%的股息，長期回報應該不會太差。 在持股中沒顯示的有對TSLA，DIS和WFM的交易。TSLA和WFM短線了是因為功課沒做好ʌ...執行能力有點差A...

當你剛開始學投資股票的時候，如果你走的是基本面的話(非基本面即是技術派，或圖表派)，通常會接觸兩種方向：1) 價值股，和 2) 成長股。價值股通常是P/E和P/B相對較低，通常在一些成長較穩定和較低的行業出現，例如銀行、地產、Utilities、保險、一些控股公司如Berkshire Hathaway、長和、GE等等。成長股則在revenue或EPS上每年有較高的增長，每年增幅15%以上是普遍，通常在科技行業出現，例如Tencent、Alibaba、Baidu、Amazon、Facebook、Google、Neflix、YY、陌陌、網宿等等。 到當你對價值投資有更多認識，就會以DCF(discounted cash flow)的看法去做估值，而DCF的兩個數字, current earning yield同growth都重要，所以不會去分甚麼是價值股或成長股，而很自然的給高成長股票高一點的P/E，市價比估值低就考慮買入。 而現實是，有一部分股票投資者，他們不懂得價值投資卻得到令人羨慕的回報。他們持有「好公司」的股票十年、...對於真真正正的成長股，即可以長時間有高成長的股票，...裡的知識 對公司護城河...
