Is it even worth it to get out of bed? | My Invisible Scars

https://invisiblescars.wordpress.com/2011/08/13/is-it-even-worth-it-to-get-out-of-bed

One woman's struggle with sexual abuse and bipolar disorder. Is it even worth it to get out of bed? Some days I wonder if life is even worth the effort. I feel so useless and worthless right now. Some of that has to do with the difficult day I’ve had with work. I’ve had trouble filling several shifts and even though I’ve done everything I can right now, it’s hard for me to sit here and wait for the phone to ring with a callback. Question Revised | My Invisible Scars

https://invisiblescars.wordpress.com/2011/12/08/question-revised

One woman's struggle with sexual abuse and bipolar disorder. I guess I’m really questioning myself here. Am I making too much of something that is normal and normal, unabused people would think nothing of? On December 8, 2011 at 2:05 am Comments (2). To TrackBack this entry is:. Question | My Invisible Scars

https://invisiblescars.wordpress.com/2011/12/06/question

One woman's struggle with sexual abuse and bipolar disorder. So there is a question brought to the forefront of my mind given recent events. I’ve wondered about it for a long time, although it’s not something I dwell on. What is normal touching between friends of the opposite sex? I don’t mean hugging a friend when you see him or her. I mean like passing behind you in a close space and putting his hands on your hips. Is that normal? Do people really do that kind of stuff innocently? Just because one pers...

I Don’t Know, December 13, 2010 | My Invisible Scars

https://invisiblescars.wordpress.com/poetry-2/i-dont-know-december-13-2010

One woman's struggle with sexual abuse and bipolar disorder. I Don’t Know, December 13, 2010. Do you look at me? What do you see? I don’t know me. Who or what I really am. Tell me. Tell me. Give me the answers. I’ll tell you a secret. Sometimes I feel dead. Sometimes I just feel. But hope is cruel. I wish I could just be numb. Published on December 13, 2010 at 8:50 am Leave a Comment. Broken, November 11, 2010 | My Invisible Scars

https://invisiblescars.wordpress.com/poetry-2/broken-november-11-2010

One woman's struggle with sexual abuse and bipolar disorder. Broken, November 11, 2010. My pieces don’t fit together. I have holes and gaps. The glue is weak. But the me that is,. Is trapped inside this broken shell. Can I be fixed? Can I plug the empty spaces? Can I set myself free? I want to be whole. I search for the missing. I yearn for control. I want to be happy. But I am broken. Published on November 12, 2010 at 2:30 am Leave a Comment. To TrackBack this entry is:. Feed for comments on this post.

My Invisible Scars | Just another WordPress.com site

Just another WordPress.com site. What Do I Admire Within Myself? In a response to my last post, I was asked what I admire within myself. I hate answering this question, because honestly I am not my biggest fan. But as I tell my daughter, you are the best you there ever was and ever will be. So love yourself. So I’m going to take my own advice and I’m going to answer that question. 1 I am loyal. If I love you, I will fight for you until my last breath. I will never leave you. Okay, next post will be thing...
