The Hall's of Ioka. Tuesday, July 29, 2014. Camp Ioka: lots of time in and around the water. Camp Ioka and Extended Family. The girls and I went to a family wedding shower on Sunday for one of my nieces. These are always fancy affairs with lots of food, candy, wedding shower games, presents, and the meeting of new friends (and family members). The Hall's of Ioka. Wednesday, August 5, 2015. On Sunday the girls tried their hand (or should I say arms and legs) at waterskiing. They were sooooo close to standing up completely. So sorry I did not have my camera on hand to record their efforts. Next time! Then some more paddle boarding and generally horsing around. This photo makes it look like they brought all the SUPS up after each use. Nope, but I like they now know how to do it! Clearly Woody was not interested in assisting!

The Hall's of Ioka. Tuesday, July 21, 2015. I had technical problems last night! A first day walk in the woods. Woody was delighted with all the attention. The newest member of the family, Tobey the Cat, was being a little coy and hiding under a maple tree near the back door. Looks like great fun and nice weather! Wish we were there to enjoy it too. At the beginning of Camp Ioka I asked them to work together to settle problems, work thru conflict, to be kind and inclusive with each other. The Hall's of Ioka. Tuesday, July 21, 2015. Day 2: a birthday celebration. Today was busy (but I'll probably always start with that statement! A morning paddle - yep, that's us wayyyyy far away. Lunch and shopping with Aunt Steph and then an 11 year old birthday celebration. Tonight we got organized for tomorrow's backpacking trip with Grandma Lynn. Wake-up is 6:15am. The Hall's of Ioka. Wednesday, August 5, 2015. Camp Ioka - last couple of days. A trip to the Seattle Art Museum with lunch at the Pike Place Market was how we spent our last day together. In the morning we packed up, returned books to the library, bought new books for the plane ride and stopped by the local REI. Thank you for visiting. We love you and can't wait until your next visit. The Hall's of Ioka. Saturday, July 26, 2014. A very active Camp Ioka continues. The three amigos had a fun Thursday-Friday overnight and day with Grandma Lynn. Grandma Lynn also came out to cheer on the Hall family runners. After we watched the parade, we came home and all went out on the boat. We towed the girls across the canal, swam, had lunch and hung out for the afternoon. Everyone was pretty tired from all the exercise and sun (and multiple applications of sunscreen).
