Day 3 (contd) :. Links to Part 1. To say the backwater cruising was amazing would be a major understatement. We completely enjoyed the very novel experience (to us). We also had a very pleasing and attentive crew on board. We were first welcomed with fresh tender coconut water. It was so gratifying after the heat :).

The feeling was like no other! The ground actually shifted beneath us! And this is how we realized it! Click the pic for an enlarged image). We felt the tremor in 2 phases. The first was just about for 5 secs, but the second tremor (after 5 mins or so) lasted for 15-20 seconds. How about you guys in Chennai? How wrong I was!
