While we need to balance roster sizes, we will try to accommodate reasonable friend requests. We try to limit rosters to 8-10 players. Twin Cities Little League. Following the Majors draft, a tryout and draft are conducted. Returning Minors are redrafted, so they should attend tryouts. All 11s and 10s not drafted by a Majors team will be drafted. Most 9s who have played one year of Rookie are drafted onto a Minors team if the player demonstrates at tryouts that s/he is prepared for this level. Our goal is to have each team have 12 players. Most players should play 2 years at the Minors level, typically at ages 9 and 10.
