Tuesday, March 29, 2011. Actually managed to have supper at my mom and dad's last night which doesn't happen very often. My evening interview was post-poned until Thursday so I had some free time in my schedule. Left over beef stew and home made biscuits. Mmmm. Oh yeah.it was good to chat with them too. Tuesday, August 31, 2010. Managed to get one coat of paint on the wall last night. It didn't take as long as I had expected.but again it is only one wall. There will definitely be a need for at least a second coat and I am already banking on the requirement of a third. It is a pretty intense colour but will be worth it in the end. Monday, June 6, 2011. Total distance today, about 950ish km. Total distance so far just over 3,200km.which means I'm over halfway there. YEAH! Meant to tell you yesterday I saw a turtle. A really BIG turtle crossing the road the other day. It was well over a foot long and had rather long legs.which I have only ever seen in cartoons. I've also seen moose(s), deer, what looked like a wild turkey and a mother duck with a half dozen or so ducklings, plus a lot of birds. Posted by Just me. You must be pleased...
