Sunday, December 28, 2008. Hey everybody, we're in Okinawa, Japan with our son, Ed, and his family and our daughter, Nancy and her son Jaron. Our Christmas stockings were way cool with jade chop sticks and little Japanese dolls. 9 stockings lining the couch - Santa was busy. Lots of Barbie - dolls, clothes, cars, horses. Presents filled the room. Kimmee dressed up like Grandma in her Christmas apron and hat. Bonka got an ornament from the Kadena Okinawa AF Base. Posted by Grandma and Bonka.

Thursday, July 31, 2008. Look What We Found While Riding Our Bikes. Bonka and Grandma went for a bike ride and discovered an apricot tree that had been abandoned. Apricots are Bonka's favorite fruit. Beckett was moving all over the place the whole time so it made it a little hard on the ultrasound tech, but it sure was fun to watch. The first one is hilarious. He keeps playing with his feet or he is already into Yoga, man he is flexible. Drew loved this one haha*. And the final one is Beckett just being cute. Those feet are still over his head haha*.

So Drew hasn't been running in a long time and last Wednesday he decided he was going to sign up for the Beat Coach Pete 5k on Saturday April 9th. I am impressed with Drew not only did he beat coach Pete but he finished in 23 minutes. Drew was hoping for 20 or 21 minutes, but for not running for a long time I think 23 minutes is awesome!
