http://msricheson.blogspot.com/2012/05/finners.html
Tuesday, May 1, 2012. I can't help it.but have you ever seen a baby this cute! Altough 2 kids can be super busy, I would'nt have it any other way. Mike and I always say that giving a child a sibling is the greatest gift a parent can give. I wish my nerves could tolerate a house full of kiddies, I can only imagine how rewarding it could be! Oh my heack, Susan! He is so cute! May 2, 2012 at 7:03 AM. Your description of doing it all wrong and writing a book about it totally cracked me up! Four Men and 1 Lady.

Spanish Phrase of the Day: Motes in the Sunbeam
http://blog.spotd.net/2015/03/motes-in-sunbeam.html
Spanish Phrase of the Day. Better Living Through Spanish. Motes in the Sunbeam. I had a chance to spend time with an old college friend and he inspired me to resume my blog. Today's post is a spiritual sequel to this post from last year:. Http:/ blog.spotd.net/2014/05/hardly-mote-in-sunbeam.html. Despite the seeming differences in these two experiences, I came away with greater appreciation for the greatness of God. The excellence demonstrated by the achievements of our space program are significant ...

Spanish Phrase of the Day: Primary Programs
http://blog.spotd.net/2014/09/primary-programs.html
Spanish Phrase of the Day. Better Living Through Spanish. The children's Sunday School in our church is called "The Primary." Once a year, the primary takes over the group worship service (sacrament meeting) to provide music, scripture, and testimony. Today was that day, and it did not disappoint. Today I was moved by the spirit that I felt during the program, especially while they sang. Or maybe I should say that I was moved by the Spirit. Today's program had a simple theme: "Families are Forever." ...

Spanish Phrase of the Day: Dealing with the Unexpected
http://blog.spotd.net/2014/07/dealing-with-unexpected.html
Spanish Phrase of the Day. Better Living Through Spanish. Dealing with the Unexpected. I'm writing this from the First Class section of a very short flight from LAX to San Diego. I didn't expect to be here. I received one of those complimentary upgrades sometimes bestowed on frequent fliers. I am a bonafide frequent flier, proudly occupying Delta's lowest medallion tier, the exalted SILVER. No, and this is the subject of this post. Lacy and I talked about it as we walked. What would we do? Some confusion...

Spanish Phrase of the Day: Preparedness
http://blog.spotd.net/2014/07/preparedness.html
Spanish Phrase of the Day. Better Living Through Spanish. As a native Floridian, I've been well-schooled in emergency preparedness. The advent of hurricane season each June brings other traditions, including our congregations periodic review of our emergency preparedness plan. 45 And now I say, is there not a type in this thing? 46 O my son, do not let us be slothful because of the easiness of the way; for so was it with our fathers; for so was it prepared for them, that if they would look they might liv...

Johanson x 3: August 2010
http://johansonx3.blogspot.com/2010_08_01_archive.html
Thursday, August 26, 2010. Planning J-man's 2nd Birthday. I decided to do a lego theme for Jayson's 2nd birthday. Partially in the hope that he will leave our canned goods alone, and focus on the building blocks instead ;) Fat chance, but a mom can dream, can't she? Hehebesides reclaiming my kitchen, I also thought he'd really love the lego thing, especially considering the awesome time he had at the lego shop in Downtown Disney on our last trip to Florida. (He literally climbed into the lego bucket!

Saturday, October 30, 2010. Cards are a comin! Now, most of you know that I used to be (ha! A little nuts. at least I USED to do hand made cards at Christmas. (GASP! That only lasted a few years.or until we had Jayson. And now, I just don't know what I would do with all those little pieces of glitter, paper, and plastic flotsam chillin around the house. I DO know that they would no longer make it into Christmas cards. This is one of my favorite "playful" ones. Disclaimer: This is a sponsored post written...

Johanson x 3: September 2010

Thursday, September 16, 2010. This cake is tons of fun. It was my first time sculpting rice krispies, which is harder (and stickier) than I thought! All of the icing on the cake is buttercream since I don't have the confidence (or the tastebuds) for fondant. The cake is sitting on a large duplo base plate (supported by a pan to hold all that heavy cake! So it will definitely see future use. (And it was free from Amazon using swagbucks! So I'm sure you can guess what his favorite part of the day was!

story of us: Whatcom Park
http://msricheson.blogspot.com/2012/08/whatcom-park.html
Monday, August 13, 2012. I am learning that I don't have to be in Florida laid out on a beach for hours upon hours, or on a boat getting sunkissed to enjoy the outdoors with my family. We are finding a new norm and I am really ok with it. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile. Fashion design blogs that i love. Four Men and 1 Lady. Stories of a house.
