Influences range from Kenny Burrell and Wes Montgomery to the musicians on classic reggae albums. Grew up drawn to the reggae rhythms and sounds in the music of Bob Marley and Peter Tosh. Influenced by the grooves of bassists such as Aston Family Man Barrett and Toots and the Maytals.
